Question on Run Durability Paces/ Testing

Hi there,  Thank you for sending me my road map.  You have me starting with the Run Durability plan.  I have taken a year off of training and don't know what any of my current pace times are since I am just starting up again with both cycling and running.  I didn't see any types of testing in this 4 week plan.  Is there a recommended test I should do so that I can get an idea of my current pace?

    You'll test in Wk 1 of the OutSeason so no real need to test just yet. Go with the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) guidance in the workouts, which is the Easy/Steady, etc stuff.
