2013 Holiday Card Thread...

It's December again, and one of my FAVORITE things about this time of year is all the holiday cards (not necessarily the 6-page letter in 8-point font that you included with it!). Since not all of you are on my mailing list -- and vice versa, it would be awesome to see your family card in this thread. Just take a picture with your smartphone, email it to your desktop, save it...and follow this video here: http://www.screencast.com/t/bz9nofRY3I

Thanks for playing!!!

  • In picture are my wife Amber, son Stephen (now out of house, on full-time Spanish speaking mission for our church in Long Beach Calif.), daughters Sophia ("The ginger"), Hannah, Virginia (the youngest). Not in picture are two oldest...son Jacob, and daughter Chloe (married and expecting first child.....YIKES, going to be a grandpa!!). Merry Christmas everyone image

    No JT??! Robbed!!

  • OK you asked for it. We didn't do one this year, so this a couple years old but still my favorite. The last in a series of photos we staged in a Mad Men themed xmas card. image

  • Below is the holiday card from Jan and I.  We recently moved from Florida to the Northeast so we had to show off all the Fall leaves in our picture.  Merry Christmas everyone!

  • Not the best quality, but here you go

  • Neat picture...This looks like it could have been taken in VF park.  If so, you were less than a mile away from my house.  I live just outside the park (Wayne side).  I've considered taking a family picture there as well sometime.  Welcome to the area.

  • @David, that picture was indeed taken in Valley Forge Park

  • I promised my husband he could create the card this year, and this is the final result. Merry Christmas everyone!

  • Emily - your card is priceless. I am sure that everyone who gets it will be pleased and will smile. Good job husband.
  • Here is the one for this year -- had to get into the cotton fields before they were picked.  What you don't see is the combine behind us working as we are trying to get these taken....

  • Five years ago, we had the only White Christmas in our 35 years in Gig Harbor. So we lined up in the backyard, in front of the tripod, dressed in our various presents (note youngest daughter in her boots and snowboard helmet), and used this for Christmas cards the next year. That's me Shaine (now 30), Cody (32), Annie (23), Cheryl

  • Best. Holiday. Thread. Ever. Thanks folks!!!
  • I am not worthy. I have never done a family Christmas photo card. And the Holder family video is just over the top.
  • Wishing you Peace, Joy, and ADVENTURE in 2014!

Harry, Loren, the boys, and cats Purr, Sketch, Lily, Timmy

  • I might be bias but Emily's card is my favorite....

My family is me and uhhhh me..... so I will save everyone and not post a picture of just me myself and I

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! I am completely stoked to be apart of this team. Thank you for welcoming me in!

  • We didn't do the family photo Christmas card this year so here is the last full gathering.  It was the weekend before Christmas last year.  Carole and I were celebrating our recent marriage after an 18 year engagement.....

From left to right Maria (Kyle's wife), Kyle, Steve, Carole, Nicholas & Sierra.

  • Better late than never:-)  Merry Christmas to all!

These are my Grandkids; my niece, Chenin and I doing a handstand, Turby's Ironman Lake Placid and Turby and I celebrating in LP!

  • 18 year engagement Steve West. Glad you finally made an honest women out of Carol. Carol D, you already know this, but I think that handstand is incredible. All the cards are amazing. This does not seem to be a big thing amongst Canadians, so no card from the Ross household.
