Garmin upload to iPad?

Was at a loss as to where to put this question, but figured this was the best place (maybe we need a tech forum?). Does anyone know of a way to upload garmin data (in this case my 910 watch - wireless) to an Apple mobile device like an iPad? I know that USB adapters are on the market, but not sure that would help if you don't have an appropriate app running. I would like this for when I'm traveling (now). Any ideas?

Nope ... I have the requisite tools, a USB adaptor, and 310 XT, a Garmin USB stick, and an iPad gen 3. Put them all together, and the iPad says, "The connected device is not supported."

I have NOT tried this, but DCRainmaker claims the wahoo fitness adapter and app "should" work...

$60 @ Amazon. Someone else can be the guinea pig. Garmin sells a similar device for $35, but cross compatibility with other non garmin apps seems to be limited, according to Amazon reviews. Wahoo seems broader?

If your Garmin is one of the models that supports bluetooth pairing withyour apple device then you can do this with the Garmin Connect app. For example the Forerunner 620, the Edge 810/510. It won't work with the 910xt...need to upload via ANT+.

Btw I just got a Forerunner 620 for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and that sucker uploads via wifi automatically!!

I have a 910xt and a 500 I ordered on the way, so no Bluetooth. Would like to trie wahoo, but maybe I'll research DCR's post that JW mentions. Will let you know what happens. Thanks all.
