Dislocated shoulder

Anybody have any experience with rehab/recovery for a dislocated shoulder? Blew it out yesterday while coaching my son's hockey team. Stepped on a puck and slammed my shoulder into the boards as I fell. Had to be put under at the ER to put it back.

I realize that my OS is on hold for a while. Meeting with orthopod later this week, But curious about when I can get back to some form of biking and running.

That will totally depend on what else might have gotten damaged, so really tough to say until you see the orthopod. Swimming will definitely be a no, but especially biking might be possible with some position changes real soon.
