Suggestion for Posting Test Results
Tomorrow is test day and I've already seen some results that have nearly knocked me out of my chair! And my first thought when seeing those results is "how the hell did they do that?"
So my suggestion for everyone when posting their results is to give us a mini recap of your OS training. (ie did you do FTP intervals at .97IF or 1.03IF? Did you miss wkos, or hit them all? Did you did extra Z3 work after the bike wkos? How much did you exceed your paces during the run wkos?). And your mental state throughout training, and the test as well.
As we review the OS results, this would be super helpful, not only for feedback to the coaches but to the other teammates. So if we see Billy Biker get a10% FTP increase vs. Suzy Slowpoke get 3 additional watts, we can dig into the method behind the madness, and perhaps "borrow" the gainers' methodology. (And this by no means is to imply everyone hasn't worked their a$$ off in the OS. I'm actually referring to myself when I mentioned SUzy Slowpoke.
This is of course optional, but I'm very interested to see what this looks like.
Happy testing! Good luck Ninjas!
