Mariah Bridges' 2014 Season

When I originally signed up I put my two A races- Raleigh Half and IMFL- I decided to do B2B istead of IMFL so thats a week earlier but also didnt put any Sprints or Olympics in there.

 How will those races affect my training? Should I throw them in there or resubmit a training guide for you to make a new schedule? Thoughts? 

Also am running a half marathon April 13- I thought it wasnt a big deal but I want to make sure it will be ok for IM training

On the date I told you to load up the IM plan to end on IMFL, load it up instead to end on B2B. Usually not a need to tell me about Sprints and Olys, unless they are within a BIG gap between HIM and IM races, in which case I often put people into the Get Faster plan, approach that Oly like an A-race, then transition over to the IM plan. Short answer is you're good with what you have now, at least through Raleigh. 

     How will those races affect my training? Should I throw them in there or resubmit a training guide for you to make a new schedule? Thoughts? 

    Also am running a half marathon April 13- I thought it wasnt a big deal but I want to make sure it will be ok for IM training. Nope, not a problem. Racing half marathons is almost always a very good idea.

IMRaleigh70.3 was not good to me at all so I need to focus on getting faster and nutrition better- hoping for a huge improvement by October 21 (Beach to Battleship race day) Thank you so much! I also referred a couple people from the race, sent them to the 7 day free trial link hope that was the right one.
