Mariah Bridges' 2014 Season
When I originally signed up I put my two A races- Raleigh Half and IMFL- I decided to do B2B istead of IMFL so thats a week earlier but also didnt put any Sprints or Olympics in there.
How will those races affect my training? Should I throw them in there or resubmit a training guide for you to make a new schedule? Thoughts?
Also am running a half marathon April 13- I thought it wasnt a big deal but I want to make sure it will be ok for IM training
