Updated the OutSeason Modification Flowchart...
While many of you are super happy with the OS, there's always a few who want to mix it up. To help the 5% of you who want those changes to navigate properly, I created an OutSeason Modification Flowchart...but until today (Christmas Eve, yes, isn't everyoneworking!?!?!?!?) it was slightly out of date. I have updated the chart to reflect the 14-week OutSeason structure and to take into account the new workouts for the bike that we instituted for the 2014 OS.
