The Holiday Crunch
gets me every year.
My stretch from mid'November to January is not very conducive to staying on schedule. It's taken every ounce of MENTAL energy I have to combine the OS with the family obligations that started before Thanksgiving. Couple that with rehabbing a run injury, and my new Season Plan from Rich has me restarting OS in Jan. Fortunately, starting Jan OS in pretty good shape from doing the Nov OS bikes, some swimming and lots of DWR's and track sessions. I'll continue with the workouts thru next week.
Hate that I'm bailing on you guys but it is what it is.
Y'all finish strong and keep your eye on the prize.
