2014 Intermediate or Advanced?

Hi Coach!

Im considering 2014 and wanted to get your thoughts on whether I should be training with the intermediate plans versus the advanced.  For 2013 and IMAZ, I trained with the intermediate plan(s) and it worked out well for me.  My question is should I stick with the intermediate or go to advanced in 2014?  I would like to take my training to the next level and really push this year for a top 10 AG place at IMMT.  Your thoughts?

    Go with the Advanced OS plan and we'll see how that goes.
