Outseason
Dear Coach RnP:
Hope you guys had a great Christmas and New Years. I am starting outseason next week, however, I won't have my stages power meter at least for two more weeks. I trained with Polar Power last year, however, reinstalling the polar power meter isn't an option I want to pursue. Would you recommend starting with the heart rate workout until I get my stages power meter or just go by my heart rate from last years Outseason power test and stick to the power schedule (via hr) and do the test when I get my power meter?

Just go with HR and RPE (no need to test) until you get the PM. Then do the power test from wk1 of the plan in place of that week's bike interval session.
