Which 2014 Outseason Plan?

Hello Coach,



It's almost time for me to upload my outseason training plan.  Which one do I choose from the drop-down on the training plan page?  I'm guessing I don't choose the one for the January Trial members since I've been paying since November.  I know I'm not advanced but what guidance do you have about choosing the beginner vs intermediate 2014 Outseason plan for an Ironman in July?

  • @Cary, fill out the "Take the Season Planning Survey".. Rich will create a plan for you and then send you an email with your plan details.

     I did receive an email with the plan but it just says, "load up the OutSeason training plan".  Doesn't say which one. 

    I'm sure it will all be made clear, soon!

  • Ahh.. I'm thinking you might be a trial member. If that is the case there is a plan called "OutSeason Training Plan, Trial Members, January Drive". Load that up and get started. Once you are a full member you'll get the full training plan workup with the survey.

    When you submitted your Race Planning Survey you indicated Beginner:

    Beginner: 13:30hr or slower Ironman, 6:30 or slower half Ironman

    So go ahead and load up the Beginner OS plan
