Running Recovery Intervals

Call me crazy, but did the rest intervals for the running workouts change from last season's Outseason plan?

I recall 4 minute intervals or perhaps I made this up entirely for my own comfort!  Now, they appear to be 1 minute for half mile repeats and 2 minutes for mile repeats.  Is this an error or your training plan intent?  If yes, I will definitely walk that 1 minute to get the heart rate down.
