Hey Rich!
1) Wondering are all the run workouts in the OS 1 Mile and longer reps. (any short stuff in there?)
2) I'm recovering from running injury, been crushing the bike for the last 8 weeks. Should I swap between advanced OS for Bike work and intermediate or beginner OS for run work?

Hey Rich, I'm not clear on your response.
#1 There is shorter stuff in there? (ie intervals less than 1 mile?)
#2: I was planning on staying in the OS, didn't mention leaving it, just using OS-Beginner for the runs, OS-Advanced for the bike. Get what I mean?
