BTW Charity: Water is my absolute favorite charity! Have you seen the interview of their founder? http://revision3.com/foundation/scottharrison I'll be thinking of you March 8th! You got me thinking now...my 50th is next year...
Do you have a Charity: Water wristband for the run? I've got some extras, could send one your way.
Guidance for Saturday says if on a trainer not to extend the ride to 2-3 hours. Why? Feeling the need to go long and stuck in the Polar Vortex with no end in sight.
@Steve b/c your A race isn't until September and it's March??? There's no need to go longer than 3 hours on the trainer...or outdoors until sometime in May...unless there's another event I don't know about?
In quick succession, I finish OS this week, start Swim Camp for two weeks, then go into HIM. The first week of HIM ends with Big Training Day #1 and that day starts with the Big Day T-Pace Test. It is also the day I am doing a 15K (in my schedule.) How do I work that? Can the 15K work for the run and then do the swim and bike later in the day when I get home?
Steven, I suggest you do the rest afterwards, as this day is an exercise in mental focus, fatigue, etc. You can shorten the bike by 30' to 45' due to the longer nature of your run though! Sunday should be off for sure!

That says to go to http://endurancenation.us.dnnmax.com/Training/TrainingPlanCentral20Beta/tabid/121/Default.aspx
but that gets a "Server not found" error
