Not sure if I answered the questions correctly on the season survery - I am currently in week #6 of the INTERMEDIATE Outseason Plan and it seems to be going well. You have loaded the BEGINNER Outseason plan to start my road map. While I am new to 70.3, I chose the intermediate plan becuase of my sprint times (last one 1:13:59). Please let me know how I should proceed. Thanks

    Ok. You ID yourself as beginner in the survey, selecting this:

    Beginner: 13:30hr or slower Ironman, 6:30 or slower half Ironman

    But I see you're in the Intermediate OS. Go with the INT vs BEG
