Patrick M's Macro Thread

Patrick McGahan here.  I loaded up my OS plan and will begin incorporating it into my schedule.  I spent 2013 exclusively focused on running (2,400+ miles in 2013).  It will be a challenge for me to lower my weekly running miles in 2014.  But, I really need to work on my biking this year.  I will need to reduce my time spent running if I want to add biking & swimming while still having a life.

By the way, I noticed the term "hack the plan" in a couple of places since I joined EN.  I got a feeling that I'm a serial "hacker" as I'm constantly tinkering with my schedule.  Is there a way to see the EN plans without loading them up into "my plan"?  I just want to see what's involved in the other plans.
