I would just go ahead and jump in. Do you already know your FTP (or threshhold heartrate) and VDOT? You can just make some guestimates of those and get started until your first test in your plan. Are you jumping on the january OS? Make sure and check into those threads as well to see what the rest of the team is doing.
If you don't know your targets you will probably want to jump back to the first week of the OS plan which should be a testing week. Coaches can probably jump in and give you better advice for how to get started next week.
Thanks for the welcome and advice. I just hooked up my Wahoo Kickr this week and did their test so I can go off the FTP from that, and can estimate my VDOT. I will take a look at the January OS threads, as well. I am looking forward to training with EN.
