Skip's "get the ball rolling"
Coaches: I have listened to a couple of your tapes. good work. EN was recommended by Jesse Marzean (very good performance last year!)...I entered for the 2014 Madison ironman...I would like to try to qualify for Kona for age group 60....have done 2 Madison IM (2013, 2011). Love to do speed workouts, love all workouts have more time than most for workouts, but my business can be busy for periods.....Jesse mentioned he went with 3 phases and bought the program instead of member. I might need to be member not sure. Looking for a power meter recommendation. Is Garmin Vector a good choice. Right now I have a strained left forearm and I have a history of left leg piriformis, other muscles in that area and upper hamstring problems and lower back (sounds bad, but I have lived with pain ,ost of my life). I get 1 hour deep tissue massages and I do ice baths periodically that help tremendously. Right now I am 175 but feel like I should race at about 150 - 155. Last year was at 165. I love to do races. right now I am signed up for Buffalo Olympic and Minnetonka sprint. I definitely would like to do the national duathlon Olympic championship in MN this year. There are about 6 more I would like to do, but I am sure that would be frowned upon. What program should I be program in the plan?

We don't recommend Vector as it's so new to market. We prefer PowerTap (with wheelcover) or the Quarq -- and we have Team Discounts on both; you can learn more by emailing coach Rich here: rich@endurancenation.us
What is your plan for the nutrition side of things...or what have you done in the past?
