I am woefully behind in my OutSeason training. I was sick for the last three weeks and missed the 6th week of Bike Focus and all of Swim Camp. I tried to run 3-4 miles a couple of times per week, especially during the Run Challenge, but went down with a cold/flu the last couple of days and the residual cough lasted until this past weekend. As we have discussed, IMTX is my first IM and my goal is to finish. Do I stick with my current schedule or adjust? Planning on attending the IMTX camp in March and will participate in a couple of shorter distance triathlons before IMTX. Thanks. -Shari

Hi Shari,
Sorry about your troubles. Please load up the IM plan to end on IMTX and we'll just transition over to that plan. You may need to take it easy-er than the plan calls for, for a week to two, but I think your fitness will come back quickly
I have taken advantage of the Ironman Transfer program and I am now participating in the Ironman Louisville event on 24 Aug 14 instead of Ironman Texas. Should I just adjust the original schedule you sent me accordingly? Thanks!
