Hey Coach, I can't find the season road map you sent me.  I searched my inbox for anything with your name and found everything from you except the season roadmap.

I just listened to the podcast suggesting that I may want to transition from OS to a focus plan, then to my main A race plan.  Depending on what your original plan says I may have a few questions as to what to load up at the end of OS. Can you resend pls.
