CoachP - been having some pretty wicked foot pain....heel spur, PF, etc.... and am going to STAND DOWN hard until I can see the podiatrist. I don't know when that will be, but I am guessing at least a week.
So, in the meantime, I am looking for a bike and/or swim hack:
- currently about to start Week 3 of the ADV OS
- going to participate in the Swim Challenge starting Tuesday
My number one goal for the OS is to get my FTP up to 300 from 265 currently....therefore I am not to displeased to be in Run Jail.
Suggestions for this week's "run" workouts?

Not sure where you are at with your foot, but I recently moved up a size in my shoes and am loving life. Turns out our feet increase by 1 to 2 sizes as we age....but most folks don't...so that 12 that barely fit me day-to-day was simply a TORTURE device on my feet when actually running...
