Slightly confused, so when do we get new training plan?
Just curious when those training for IMLP, or on the October Outseason TP, will get their new plan after being on the 20 Week OS plan and just completed.
Does anybody know what we are supposed to do this week?

Select "Change my training plan" and follow the instructions.
If you have mapped out your season, you should have an idea as to whether you are looking for General Prep, IM or whatever and select the level of intensity (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner).

Sean, I just finished the OS and I have a two week transition before I begin my HIM training on April 5th. Like Michele said if you haven't done so yet, go to the train map, click on start here, then scroll down to download open that and inside you will find under the self coached athlete, the spreadsheet toolkit and instructional screencast. Listen to the podcast and then plan your season on the spreadsheet. After you do that you will have a really good idea what your season should look like, then you can request a change of plan with your training plan central tab on the dashboard. Good luck!
