Ok, Violator was hard, really hard. It was made worse by the fact that my video wouldn't pull up and I didn't have time to mess with it. Once I figure it out, I will have to re-visit it.
This was really the motivator I needed this week. I've been in a training funk lately, but I had FUN with this.
I think I am finally mentally ready for the season.
I am so glad tomorrow is the last stage. Will do at 0400 before heading to the firestation for a 24 hour shift. I really think everything on my body hurts.
Yeah Stephanie, so glad you hear. Same for me with the not so great NOS. This ToS has really made me feel more motivated and powerful and ready for the season. I understand there is a subgroup that are going to do 5 more days. You game?
9 stages done! It was epic and a blast! Yes it was painful at times (most recently the last section of Violator - where I might have had some choice words for Grunter) but I always knew I'd make it through. Feel like I've picked up some more bike fitness (perhaps Rubber Glove tomorrow to test that) and am excited to keep building on it. Great for building more mental toughness! Fabulous to hang with other TOS'ers - hope to meet you all at some point - thanks for your encouragement!

Someone's FTP isn't set high enough.
Had a fun time putting in some hard work to earn this year's badge. Congrats to all fellow ToS finishers.
