I've got a question about the 50' duration of this work out. Is that the duration of the main set so that I would run 25' at Z2 and 25' at Z3? or does that include WU and CN? thanks

CN would be CD for cool down. thanks
50 minutes minus 15 minutes warm up = 35 minutes, split as 20' @ MP/Z2 and 15' at HMP/Z3.
thanks coach it usually takes me about 30 minutes to transition from my bike in the pain cave to the health club for the dreadmill. i'll add a 5 to 10' wu and try to hit main after that.
