Trainer inside.
I do like cold however it will have to warm up a bit to be cold. My trainer is outside, well in a non heated garage anyway, I have to move it inside as this Polar Vortex and it's 2 degree weather is just a tad over the top for me.
My home is on a slab so I don't have a basement so the man room/ extra living space will double as my bike training room. With that at about 60 degrees I will sweat a lot. Dripping over the floor will make mu SAU go down the drain so I'm looking for something to put under the bike to catch the sweat.
Other than a beach towel or two what are you folks doing that have a similar situation?

For a quick fix you can try going to HD and getting some foam mat squares. I used these before I got the mat and it worked pretty well. I also put an old area rug under the foam squares so any sweat that went between the puzzle seams hit the area rug and not the nicer carpet below.

They do have a protective mat from CycleOps. I use one of those. What about an old yoga mat or two? Got a painting drop cloth lying around? Put a couple large trash bags down on it and then the trainer set up on top. Make it wide enough to catch drool and rockets.
