Hi Coach,
Just finished OS and one week of transition (I started a little earlier). Now have 7 weeks until Abu Dhabi tri on March 15th where am doing their short course - 1.5km swim, 100km bike and 10km run. Have loaded up Adv HIM plan.
Background - run is my weakest, bike my strongest (just ran 45:03 in 10km race over the weekend). After this A race, next A race will be Challenge Roth on July 20th.
Question: would you recommend any tweaks to the plan as run is only 10km or just go with as given plan for HIM?

Hi Kevin,
Have I done a Season RoadMap for you? Pretty sure I wouldn't have put you in the HIM plan in route to a short course race. I recommend you load up the Short Course plan to end on that Olympic event and then transition to the IM plan, setting it to end on Roth.
This race coming is not a normal Olympic distance race though - bike is 100km, not 40km. So is better to use HIM plan with shorter runs, or Short course with some longer bikes?
