extending OS?

I'm in week 14 of Nov OS and was scheduled after this week to do a 2 week swim camp and then load a get fast plan.
My daughter wants me to race in her first 10K on the West Coast on Feb 15 (at the end of my scheduled 2 week swim camp). I have no running race on deck this week to serve as my run test and thought I could "hack" a 15th and 16th week of OS (instead of swim camp) and use the 10k as my run test (I do have a half marathon scheduled in the middle of March).
What do you recommend? If it matters: I don't feel fried (although I admit- I'm not jumping up with excitement for more 20',20',12' FTP sessions or those 5X5 110% FTP days). Should I just extend the OS one week, swim/rest/dial it back the next week to end with a 10k and then go right into my get fast plan? Thanks for your advice.

Sure. Just keep the OS rolling (don't do the testing in wk14, and use that 10k that week for your run test...assuming your daughter is faster than you and you won't get in trouble for racing her? And try to fit in the final bike test that week also.
