Wk 12 workouts

Week 12 starting with a bang.  It's a test week in the HIM plan and I knocked out a 20' interval at 288W, giving me a new FTP of 273 (up from 250).  Not bad.

Run test on Thursday.  I actually feel like my big gains will come on the run.  Traveling this week so hitting the scheduled swims isn't going to happen this week.
