Mary R's weekly ride schedule
Hi Coach Patrick,
My LBS has an indoor ride every Wednesday night for 10 weeks. The last few weeks I have shifted my Tuesday, then Thursday ride and did the run on Wednesday. Should I continue to do this and then do the run on Thursday? I can scan the workouts so that you can take a look, they are 90 minutes and we do sprints, some 'hill' work and standing climb adding 2 minutes every week (so this week it will be 10 minute standing climb).

Excellent Coach Patrick,
That's how I worked it this week. I am intimidated by the run numbers...but once I get started, I am able to run the Z4 pace for the distances as laid out in the plan. Then, I finish out the hour in Z2. If anyone had ever told me that I could run these numbers, I would have laughed and here I am doing it. Simply amazing.
