Bike Out of Commission

Coach Patrick - My bike is unfortunately out of commission for the foreseeable future.  I'm hoping to find a temporary solution but that might be a challenge (other than a spin bike at a gym).  How can I adjust my planning in the interim (maybe add swim, etc)?

@Ben, yarg! Sorry...what happened? Maybe someone here lives near you??? I would pick up the Swim Supplement doc (Resources > Wiki > Self Coaching > Master OutSeason page....swim supplement).

If you can get to the gym 1x a week, even if for a spin class...dooooo it!
