Ethan's Micro-Out of town for HIM week 11
I'm in the HIM week 10 and I'm going to be on a cruise next week (Week 11). It's a bachelor party so its safe to say I will likely have an adult beverage or two every day. I still plan on training as much as possible on a boat. I leave midday Monday so I will have time to do that swim. Tuesday I can do the run, but there is no lap pool on the ship. Wednesday we have a port so I am hoping to run and just miss out on the bike. Thursday is port and hoping to run, and no problems resting on Friday. We get back Saturday and I'm not sure if I should (or if time will allow) attempt the Big Training Day #2. I can probably do it Sunday, but my pool is closed.
Any suggestions/instructions to get the most out of my week?
**It should be noted that my "Runs" consist of alternating time between treadmill and elliptical or shortened outdoor runs as I'm coming back from a foot injury and I'm only up to about 5.5-6miles a week.**

IF time is short, do the ABP on Sat (trainer, time of day not an issue) then ride longer on Sunday. If you ride long on sunday you can do the run as you won't have run since Thursday!!!
