Thanks for creating my season plan in prep for IMCDA/IMCHOO, I'm currently winding down my November OS plan this week and will be switching over to a 2 week Swim Camp plan next week. How much should I back off of long runs and bikes during the two weekends of swim camp? I'm running the Publix half marathon here in Atlanta on March 23rd so trying to keep up my long run volume.

When I wrote the SC plan I kept the running frequency (3-4x/wk, I believe) and a Sunday run of about an hour...I think. Recommend you turn that run into ~1:20-30 instead.
I was looking for a wiki or webinar on scheduling a half into the IM scheule...just can't seem to find it.
Yeah, that's too close. Back in the day, when CDA was the 3rd vs 4th weekend of June, some folks in SoCal would race World Toughest in Auburn, CA, 4wks out from IMCDA. It never worked out very well.
