Hi Coach Patrick,
My hardest start ever....I've been trying to start my 2014 training but H1N1 hit me hard and on top of it I dislocated my shoulder 3 wks ago. I am now leaving to Napoli Italia on business from the 5th until the 14th I will not have access to a bike and can't swim I guess the answer is pretty straight fwd I'll be running but I how often and for how long?
I'll try to rent a bike ofr a day and go climb the Mt Vesuve that will be my only bike in 9 days. (You know bike shop in Napoli?)

We want consistency...like 30 to 40 minutes a day, every day. Day off as needed...but use these short workouts as a chance to get your fitness back on track!
