Hi Coach Rich!

I need some guidance on my season plan.  I had to have some unexpected surgery on January 13th  I am currently in NOS and that was supposed to be week 12 for me.  Because of the surgery I had to take that week and last week off.  I got the OK from my doctor on Tuesday to get back to exercising!! WOOHOO! Just no swimming for another 2 weeks (which stinks because swimming is my happy place and this whole experience has put me down...however tried to stay as positive as possible!). Anyways...right now I should have been doing week 14 of NOS, but instead I was making up week 12 (without the speed though, as doc said to just go back in slowly and she said it several times because she knows me too well).  My plan says I should be going into swim camp next week, but no can do.  I was wondering if I should just make up the NOS weeks I missed and start the Get Faster Plan as scheduled on Feb 17? Because my legs got plenty of rest during my recovery!! What do you think?  FYI My A race is IMLP and B race Quassy Half. Thank you for your help!!
