Week 13
I just finished the get faster plan so this will be my first week in the HIM plan. This Thursday long run is very intimidating! 2 hour run with the first 90 minutes at Z2! I don't remember anything quite like this in last years HIM plan.

Just getting back to wko's after a weeklong bout with the flu. I did yesterday's 3 hour ride (which hurt) and will do today's 2 hour ride inside (ISLAGIATT). No running this weekend as there is snow on the ground.
Next week I am back in full force (including swimming!).
