Running form/drills
OK. I took a suggestion and looked up videos on running form on-line. Now i'm really confused. There are way to many "ideas" to choose from. Do you guys have any video/drills that you prefer? I'm a new runner and need all the guidance I can get. Thanks-Jacklyn

Thank you Al. I hadn't found that in the wiki.

WOW! Thanks everyone.
@Dave- ordered video. Did you do the whole package that he offers or just the video? Thank you very much!
@Al- Video was interesting. So you lean forward until you feel like your falling then run?
even Bobby McGee's free videos include very helpful tips.
Thanks for the link, Al. Never knew that was there.

http://members.endurancenation.us/F...fault.aspxThe video alone has been more than enough for the last three years. I have thought about a one on one session or the whole package, but I'm really not going to pursue either until I feel like I have fully exhausted the utility of the video.
