IM race rehearsal

Coach,

was wondering in what weeks of IM training there is a race rehearsal. I think the plans say , for at least 1 time that I know of, to do it on a weekday. At work all time off request for May and the summer months needs to be in at the end Feb, and I was trying to figure out when it would be. Just the training week number will be good, then I can calculate from there when it wil be .

    Jan, you can scroll from week to week in your plan on the My Training Plan page. I want to say week 15 and 18..with week 15 being the camp week (friday option, but only if you can). Let me know!
