Thomas - I use it. I find that it is just fine for shorter sessions say 2hrs or less but that past that I start looking for sugar. What I really like about it is that I don't have the blood sugar fluctuations during the rest of the day when I use/include 3fuel. It has been much easier to manage the kids of foods I eat during this rest of the day when I take in less sugar during the training sessions. During IMFL build, I was training every session using my rave fuel plan which included a bottle of perform per hour and a powergel every 30 min. I was great during the sessions but then later in the he afternoon I was craving more sugar. This time IMTX, I am using 3fuel for first 2 hrs of needed fuel and only going to sugar past that. I am having better results managing my diet over the rat of the day. And the big end result is that I am a few lbs lighter.
