Weekend training - available time

Hi. I started my ironman training for CDA this week.

I work every Saturday and have limited time to train. I have the most available time on Sundays, followed by Mondays then Fridays.
Can you recommend a good way to move the workouts so the most volume day is on Sunday?
How is long Saturday workout on Sunday, Sunday workout on Monday? Should I move the entire week a day forward? Or should I do Monday workout on Saturday?

This is not just for this week, but it will be my entire 20 week training

  • I love the challenges!!! image In your case bump the whole week forward. So your "monday" is actually on Tuesday. This puts the long run on Friday before a day off...then Sunday is long ride with Monday the follow up ABP ride with run. How does that sound???
