Missing the bike on Thursday

I am in week 7 of OS beginner 14 week program, I am traveling this week and will not be able to do the bike workout on Thursday.  I could fit it in on Wednesday, but will not be able to do it on the scheduled day or Friday.  How should I adjust?

  • How about Thursday bike on Wed...Thursday off, Friday is Wednesday run, then Sat and Sun as planned?

  • Unfortunately, I cannot do anything at all on Friday.  I am flying home that day.  Flight leaves at 5:15 am from the West Coast.  I already did the bike and run for today and was finished by 6:30 am.  Could I do Thursday's bike tomorrow, do Wednesday's run on Thursday, take Friday off, then do Saturday and Sunday as planned?  Let me know your thoughts.
