Up band

got the fancy one for my Hubbie in burnt orange for UT.  You can't swim with it... but it helps enormously for sleep!  better than restwise for sleep.  very graphic

  • I really like my Jawbone UP. Getting enough exercise in a day isn't a problem for any EN member but what I like about Jawbone UP is: 1) keeps track of how much sleep I am getting 2) buzzes me if I've been sitting too long at work so I stand up during a meeting or walk around quickly 3) It links anything uploaded to STRAVA so if you use TAPIRIIK than your garmin connect gets uploaded to jawbone UP via strava. 4) Many of my coworkers wear one and we are all teammates so it is a method to encourage each other in our making good choices.
  • I'll second the Jawbone UP. Have had one for about a year now. Great for tracking sleep, prompting you to get up from your desk, and strategic power naps!!
  • I haven't had a chance to link it to STRAVA yet... was trying to do so using the mobile strava but that was redundant...
