Bob's incredible macro tri quest thread

Rich,  I am wondering whether my plan should be revised?  

My A tri's are Raleigh 70.3 and IMMT.  Because of my strained right lateral hamstring, Patrick has rightly backed me off my running and suggested that I not plan on doing my A race 15k run on March 16.  I am not running at all now.  He said maybe I can do the 15k if I am pain free next week and feeling good the week before the race.  I am now on week 3 of the Run Focus Intermediate.  I did the Swim Camp the 2 weeks before.  

So, should I be on the Run Focus now, should we start a HIM plan for Raleigh, or ????.

    Hey Bob,

    Sorry to hear about your injury. Swap out the Run Focus plan for the Bike Focus plan, then start the HIM training plan as planned in your Season RoadMap
