Sue Chapman Macro Question
Hi Rich,
Big picture question - I did the NOS but wasn't able to get in as much work as i wanted - between business and personal travel and about 1.5 weeks of being sick - and bitter cold and ice that prevented me from doing any running outside (just can't wrap my head around extended treadmill sessions), I feel like I have more OS work to do for a stronger foundation. Right now, you've got me on a month of Run Focused and then five weeks of Get Faster. Is there any downside to dropping into the JOS for the last 4-5 weeks of hard work and then the Run Focused plan for 3-4 weeks, when it warms up and the ice goes away.
Current: 2/17 load Run Focused ending 3/24, 3/17 load GF to end 4/20, 4/21 load HIM ending 5/25, 5/26 load IM for IMMT, with REV3 WI Dell 6/16
New: 2/24 load JOS ending 3/23 or 3/30, then load Run Focus to end 4/20, and back on track ... I'd include 1-2 swim sessions as well, probably on Mondays and Fridays.
Thanks,
Sue

Thanks!
Sure! Recommend you load up the PreSeason training plan, setting it to end on Jan 4. That will give you guidance over the holidays and you can start the OS with the squad on Jan 5.
