Powertap SL wired freehub too wide?

Team, I bought a Powertap SL wired on eBay to put on my road bike.  It was pretty affordable, so I thought I would give it a try.  When I tried to mount my 10 speed Shimano cassette on it, I noticed that the big retainer screw didn't bite the way it normally did on my other freehubs, and the individual gears were still lose after tightening.  I took the cassette off and did some measurements.  The Powertap freehub was about 2mm longer than the freehubs on my other wheels.  I'm trying to figure out what is up.  Do I need some kind of a spacer for a powertap freehub, or did I purchase an 11 speed?  The listing made no mention of and 11 speed freehub, but I've never had this come up before.  Any thoughts?
