Hi Coach,
My NOS was fragmented so I restarted in Jan. I'm doing the Patriot Half in June so instead of a swim block and a get faster block as in the original plan you gave me, my JOS rolls right into HIM block. Should I maintain the schedule I've adopted or cut the JOS short and add a get faster in there?
