groundhog day…still 7 weeks to go

Hey team, I miscalculated the countdown for weeks-till-race-day last week. Sorry about that. The good news is that for those who did not have a great training week, you still have 7 weeks image 

Hope everyone has been getting their miles in with the long run and long bikes. For those in the north who have been suffering on the treadmill, I feel your pain.  Keep pushing and know spring is coming. This week has another long run on Thursday , followed by swim, bike and run RR. 

Let's hear how everyone's training is going and get some EN mojo brewing.

  • After some long runs and trainer rides indoors, had a nice little winter reprieve... This weekend temps rose to the high 40s- and with less snow on the ground I was able to get outside on the bike. Looks like temperatures are dropping again this week, but I'm hoping the mojo from this weekend will carry me through the week. Happy training to all!
  • With more snow this week- I am back indoors. Having some good workouts though! Hit all the intervals on the bike and had extra energy left to make that 30 min run feel easy. Hope everyone else is having a good training week!
  • Nice work Jan and Melissa! I am actually signed up for this race but won't be heading down. I can't say I miss the long indoor workouts but I will miss racing in warm weather in April. Keep up the good work and good luck with the race!
