Bill Lowe Macro Question

Hi Coach, I've been doing Master's swim two mornings per week since first week of January, planning on continuing, potentially going to one day a week if/when I start doing lake swims once a week.  Should I remove the upcoming Swim Camp from my training plan?  If so, should I extend OS or start IM training Plan for CDA June 29?  Other note is that I do have Wildflower half IM May 3rd.

Training going great, hit all workouts since start in January except 3, calf issue resolved, am down 20 pounds from 210 weight Aug last year, wieghed 203 Jan start of EN training, 192 this am, heading to 180 (I think good goal as I am 6'1").  Thanks for advice on not losing it too fast, have altered approach and it's working nicely, key focus on healthier eating.  Because of calf, probably feeling a little less strong on Run, but being patient and know it will come.

    Stay in the OS through Wk 10 then on 3/17 load up the IM plan to end on 6/29, per the season plan above.
