Jim Hogan's Getting Fast and Having Fun Macro

A little behind the 8-Ball but not worried.  I have changed/added races to my calendar and need to know how to adjust which training plan to load when.  How do I make that happen?

    This is the Season RoadMap I created for you during your trial:

    What races and dates are you adding?

  • Dropping FLorida 70.3 in April
    Adding Olympic (West Point Lake) in Georgia on April 27th
    Adding HIM Rev 3 in Knoxville TN on May 18th (geared toward IM Chatt)
  • I am making an assumption as I change my race schedule that I should change when I load different parts of a plan into my schedule.  With Rev3 Knoxville as an "A" race, that is the plan that I loaded. With an Olympic in April, I will use it as traning/practice and not modify my plan (some rest/taper for a few days)

     

    Once the HIM is done, What is next.  GO Fast for how long and then IM starting/finishing?
