This is the Season RoadMap I created for you during your trial:
What races and dates are you adding?
Adding Olympic (West Point Lake) in Georgia on April 27th
Adding HIM Rev 3 in Knoxville TN on May 18th (geared toward IM Chatt)
I am making an assumption as I change my race schedule that I should change when I load different parts of a plan into my schedule. With Rev3 Knoxville as an "A" race, that is the plan that I loaded. With an Olympic in April, I will use it as traning/practice and not modify my plan (some rest/taper for a few days)
Once the HIM is done, What is next. GO Fast for how long and then IM starting/finishing?
