6 weeks till FL 70.3
Hey FL70.3 team,
Hope everyone' s first RR went according to plan. Hopefully you were able to practice nutrition, hydration, aero position, desired power output, running zones and a good swim. Remember, like coach P said in the podcast, learn from mistakes made in the 1st RR and improve on those during the next RR on 3/29.
Keep up with all the hard work and dont forget those who support you.
I was able to catch up on some sleep today since i knew getting to the pool was going to be a no-go because of the fresh snow we got overnight. Back in the pool tomorrow.

RR coming up Sat for me.
Swim this PM.
Sure hope the EN kit gets here before April 19th.
@Ralph, welcome to the group. Please share the mojo and good luck this weekend. RR 1 instantly also became my longest trainer ride ever. Hope you will have better weather this weekend.
Keeping the fingers crossed for this weekend.
Long run tonight (because I missed Thursday) and bike RR in AM.
Sunday rest will be looking good.
Good stuff Ralph. Im assuming the bike issues are fixed. Good luck with the brick workout tomorrow and take full advantage of the rest day.
It is time for all this snow to melt. Today was a great, sunny day outside but because the roads are full of potholes and there is still so much snow on the side of the roads that it is just not very safe to go biking. Point is, stuck on the trainer again today and with 5 weeks to go tomorrow, have not been able to do 56 miles. I keep telling myself that doing 2.5 hrs on the trainer is harder than 56 miles outside.
