Hi Patrick,

I will be almost 20 weeks out from LP and have some questions on the Running plan I have been following.  For weeks 20 to 17, you have me running 5 to 6 days a week.  Here are the workouts I am looking at; 1 x 30', as 4 to 6 strides, remainder @ GRP, 2 x 45' as 1 mile (4') @ Z4, remainder @ GRP, 2x60' as 1 mile (4') @ Z4, remainder @ GRP and 1x90' @ B-A-A-15 GRP. 

Just for clarification. Should I be running at least 5 1/2 hours per week for these weeks? Also, how do I run them?  For example, the 2x60' as 1 mile (4') Z4.  Do I run for a total of 2 hours, each mile at Z4 with a 4' recovery between each mile?  If not, please explain how I should be running these workouts.  Lastly, after each of the workouts it says, remainder @ GRP.....how much more time, if any, do I add to these workouts.
